We post them on Airbnb (yes, we do work only on Airbnb) and manage the whole process so that the owners don't have to worry about it. By trusting us with your apartment and letting us handle everything, it allows you to - Obviously, earn money : up to 50 per year depending on your apartment- Make sure that the apartment is safe : you don't have to worry about a robbery or anything else, someone actually is in your apartment- Get back from your holidays and find the apartment in a perfect shape. Our services- We post the listing on Airbnb, we answer to the requests, we coordinate with the guests to meet them- We welcome the guests, explain everything about the apartment, the neighborhood- We assist the guests in case of any problem with the apartment during their stay- We do a complete cleaning after every rental.
