Hostpitality Consulting LLC is a small business of local independent contractors looking to empower individual property owners to manage their short-term rentals independently and with confidence. We aim to build a network of hyper-localized short-term rental market experts nationwide. We find and vet individuals who have excelled in their individual markets and provide them with the resources to help others in the area have the same success in the short-term rental market. Hospitality Consulting carries all the risk and cost of each local consultant and provides the individual a way to gain additional cash from their knowledge, insights, and expertise. Our target consultant is an ex-property manager, a small local property manager, or an independent host who has successfully managed their own private portfolio for some time.
