Hot Design Folks

Hot Design Folks is a boutique hospitality and F&B design studio founded in Singapore by Evgeniya Lazareva. We design spaces where materiality, guest wellbeing, and brand story are inseparable - from luxury resorts and boutique hotels to neighbourhood restaurants and bar concepts. Our work is grounded in a simple conviction: that a well-designed environment does something measurable to the people inside it. It changes how they feel, how long they stay, how clearly they remember it. With nearly 20 years of experience across Asia, Europe and the Middle East, we work directly with hotel operators, F&B groups, and property developers who want design that goes beyond aesthetics - and holds up commercially, operationally, and over time. Our studio takes on a selective number of projects each year. Every client works with Evgeniya and a small, senior team. That's a deliberate choice: the quality of attention we give each brief is part of what we offer. Recognised at the LIV Hospitality Design Awards, IDCS Design Excellence Awards and the DNA Paris Design Awards. Projects span South East Asia, and beyond.
