Hot Ground Gym

We are a revolutionary concept that is dedicated to the physical, mental, and character development of children. Our programs are the combination of the founders of HGG’s collective military service, and their desire to offer a unique alternative to “traditional” kids activities. What we created was a system of kids' fitness that encompasses obstacle course training combined with team-building activities. We offer kids classes, summer camp, winter camp, spring break camp, school closure day camps, and birthday parties, and private team-building events. HGG offers the best after school activities for kids ages 6-14. Our programs go way beyond a “physical activity” strengthening problem-solving skills, encouraging peer cooperation, and building self-confidence.
