In essence I provide the following services: Hotel Operating Equipment Package (OS & E) consisting of detailed equipment lists, budgets, five star equipment standards, sourcing, quotations & proformas. Advice on Manufacturers of Furniture Fixtures & Equipment (FF & E) and specialists in Europe & Asia. General assistance with sourcing and guidance on five star equipment standards. The service is essentially web-based, and enables Clients, to manage their own procurement activities locally with the "online" support of an experienced specialist. Clients are able to leverage not only large amounts of spend but also product and supplier expertise, not typically found in a procurement department. My expertise has been gained over a period of twenty years, through work on over one hundred luxury hotel projects.
