Hotel Real La Merced

Our hotel is an authentic old colonial mansion built in the late 1800s and restore in 2012 preserving and conserving the original architecture. Hotel Real La Merced own and managed by Nicaraguans are very proud of their roots and culture seem and felt in every detail of the hotel. The hotel better-known as `Casa Zampieri` still conserves its history and pink marble stair designed by the acclaimed Italian- architect Mario Favilli 80 years ago. Our guest will also enjoy the first pool in Granada located at the heart of the hotel. Our furniture - antique and restore, our ceiling – made out of precious certified wood, our door- replicate from the original house, our decoration- minimalist with colonial style wants to feel like home as well as a representation of true Granada casona. We feel honored as CEMEX Nicaragua named Hotel Real la Merced as the second best construction of the year 2015 only after Hospital Militar, at X Award– Business Category.
