Hotel Software Systems, Ltd (HSS) was acquired by a group of investors - including the current CEO and partners of AdVantage Management Fund - in November 1997. HSS is a division of Advantage Management Software, LLC in Wilsonville, Oregon. HSS sells, installs, and services property management software systems (PMS) used by hotels with less than 500 rooms for functions such as check-in, check-out, reservations, and related functions. The Company's leading PMS product also provides interfaces to third party systems such as central reservation systems, voice mail, phone call accounting, in-room movies, electronic key cards, and credit card transactions. HSS Property Management Software is installed in over 4,500 hotels. HSS has made significant investments in software enhancements and its 24 hour technical service and support available 365 days a year.
