Hot Yoga Health is the first dedicated yoga studio in Newport, Wales. Opening early September 2017, our studio is equipped with ‘State of the Art’ air conditioning system, specifically designed to meet the significant demands hot yoga, heated to 40°C. Our system quietly and evenly injecting steam to maintain a 40% humidity. A fresh oxygen exchange system means not only is the air filtered & conditioned before being introduced to the studio but it also works to remove the ‘stale’ air meaning you have fresh filtered air through all of your session making your sessions with #hotyogahealth the freshest, most comfortable & giving you optimum health benefits. We will offer a timetable of our signature hot yoga classes as well as a range of different yoga disciplines & pilates sessions in a non-hot environment. Situated in the heart of Newport city centre, only minutes away from Newport Railway & Bus Station, our brand new facilities include ladies & gents changing rooms complete with showers and secured lockers, on site car parking & bike racks.
