House Engineering Services, founded in 2012, is a private business with the main office being in Aqari area, in the city center of Sulaimaniyah City, northern Iraq. House Engineering Services has been in charge of many large-scale engineering projects across the city. Some examples include designs for a large gym within Magma Square Mall, interior re-design for Sulaimaniyah public library, private residential design and implementation for villas and flats in Garden City, Sulaimaniyah Heights, Park Tower, Zagros Tower, Goizha City as well as other private residences. In 2022, House Engineering Services opened its second branch in Erbil City with a partnership with Jannat Al-Firdous Contracting and General Trading Company. The company also worked on design and full implementation of private residences in Erbil City since. Generally, the work of the House Engineering Services team starts with requirements gathering, by arranging meetings with clients to fully understand their needs. This is then followed by site visits for overall site surveying. After this, sketching and designs are worked on and clients are met again to review the designs developed. Virtual Reality (VR) system is used to showcase the 3D designs to clients. Once the final designs have been approved by the client, work commences on the construction phase which starts off with foundation and structure work followed by piping, irrigation, electrical and mechanical work. Once construction is completed, work commences on interior design, decoration, landscaping and furnishing according to the designs initially approved by the client. On many housing projects, House Engineering Services have worked from A-Z, from ground zero to handing out keys for a fully furnished house. House Engineering Services always operate to international engineering standards and HSE processes and always use the highest quality products and construction materials.
