Housers is the first crowdfunding platform to make the democratisation of investment in real estate assets possible. Our business model connects property developers seeking to finance their projects with investors looking to secure an excellent financial future. We began our operations in Spain in 2015, and from the outset, we have maintained an international outlook. In 2017, we expanded internationally to Italy and Portugal, establishing ourselves as the leading pan-European real estate investment platform. Since 2021, all our projects have provided investors with the security and peace of mind of a first-degree mortgage guarantee registered in the property registry, always with an LTV (loan to value) ratio below 70%.
