We are recognised as one of Victoria’s largest community housing organisations, enjoying excellent working relationships with industry stakeholders. These include Victorian State Government, developers, financiers, regulator, industry organisations. We are a Registered Housing Association, regulated by the Victorian Housing Registrar. With more than 33 years of financial, property development, tenancy, asset management, and community development experience we have created some of Melbourne’s most attractive and livable homes. Our strong balance sheet and financial performance drives our mission to build affordable homes and local communities. OUR APPROACH We know the fundamental base for creating a home, a neighbourhood, a community, and a healthy society is that everyone has an affordable and safe place to live. Housing people safely and affordably is and always will be our first priority. Our approach is characterised by successful people and place management, creating a sense of place that tenants can call home, building relationships with the surrounding community to enhance the experience of inclusion, and linking with the full range of services and opportunities in the local community to enable tenants to improve their personal wellbeing. Our mixed-tenure approach means of our developments are home to a range of low to medium income tenants, owner occupiers, market renters and commercial tenants.
