Hovair Systems is a leading manufacturer in the air film technology area of the Material Handling industry. Formed in the mid 1970s, Hovair has nearly 40 years experience in designing and engineering pneumatic-powered Load Moving Systems. Load moving systems consist mainly of air casters and air bearings forming a series of modules similar to small hovercraft, whereby the air casters lift the loads away from the floor surface on a thin film of compressed air. This causes the load to be moved across the floor surface to its intended destination. Hovair air-powered load moving systems are used for machinery moving, heavy machine moving, load moving equipment and any other type of heavy load that requires lifting and moving in an industrial environment. In addition to Hovair load moving equipment, the company also designs and builds automobile turntables and industrial turntables for factory and warehouse locations.
