At howebe, we - Carmen, Justus, Daniel, Johanna and Clemens - create and offer online workshops, designed for maximum effectiveness, based on scientific research and years of experience. Our professional team of experts with backgrounds in diverse health-related areas (Counselling, psychotherapy, sport and performance psychology, life coaching, sports science, occupational health and safety, business consulting and computer science), combine their knowledge to create a truly holistic product, whilst staying up-to-date with the most recent developments in scientific research. All of our workshops focus on the general topic of health and wellbeing. Our holistic view makes us not just look at the common areas such as nutrition or movement, but also a few steps further back, looking at, for example, what it really takes to make changes. Our workshops strive to maximise wellbeing at home and at work, whilst subsequently enhancing productivity, satisfaction and health in as many areas of life as possible. Our modern approach to workshops means that you will always remain in a safe environment, even in times of global pandemics. We believe in personal interaction, which is why you will never be in a workshop with more than 16 participants, offering you the opportunity to discuss, ask questions and share experiences, helping you to take away as much as possible. We focus on staying up to date with the most modern software, keeping our workshops fresh, interactive and especially user-friendly. They are designed to be usable by everyone, anywhere. howebe offers private workshops for companies, as well as irregular open workshops for private users.
