Hoy Construction

Hoy Construction is a small company based on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Formed in 2015 by Iain Hoy, the company undertakes work of all sizes including extensions, site contracting and renovation projects. The company has a portfolio of successfully completed projects ranging from historical buildings such as churches to modern buildings such as car showrooms. Hoy Construction is founded on Iain’s belief that he needs to get close to the client to make a more meaningful contribution to projects. The company philosophy is based around forming relationships with clients and suppliers so that projects reach a successful conclusion and also give those involved a feeling of accomplishment. The company aims to provide a modern approach to all projects and continue to make a positive contribution to the construction industry. The company currently covers Central Scotland including Edinburgh, East and West Lothian and Fife and the Scottish Borders.
