HP KAPITAL is an investment company based entirely on Estonian funding, which has been developing commercial real estate projects since 2012. HP Kapital's portfolio mainly consists of multifunctional business premises with a good price-quality ratio. The company primarily focuses on developing existing buildings and giving them a new lease of life. Some buildings need thorough renovations, some need to a lesser extent, but it is possible to find a new function for every building with a good location! At the same time, we aim to constantly modernise the buildings and support the tenants' workflow using convenient digital solutions. Raivo Hermlin and Marek Puidak are behind the company. Raivo has gained business-related experience since before Estonia regained its independence, Marek has been involved in commercial real estate investments and development for the last 13 years. He has previously been the CEO of SEB Liising, Svensky Kaubandus, Info Auto, ABC Motors, Astro Holding. A strong background in banking, commerce and management has ensured a good breeding ground for HP Kapital. We are happy to cooperate with other entrepreneurs and investors.
