In accordance with our commitment to providing the most reliable service we follow industry proven best practices and test in our lab all environments before employing them in production. At HPC Host we do not employ outsourcing for any of our support staff. Each customer has dedicated support teams for first response who have familiarity with the customers environment. Furthermore the support staff handling all tickets are Level 3 support engineers with specialization in NetApp, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Linux, and more.
