HPCF is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping people living in Peru's poorest and most marginalized encampments. The organization advocates for children by providing and maintaining a genuine, sustainable service partnered with local communities and done through social development programs to positively impact those living in poverty. Founded in 2011, HPCF has consistently worked to provide support and assistance to those in need, with a focus on the health and well-being of children. The organization has provided essential services such as healthcare and nutrition to children in need through their various programs.
