Recruitment KPIs: Let’s analyses your achievements and improve them with the right KPIs to monitor. Organizational diagnosis and identification of the organizational stage within the departments: organizational climate is the main cause for which a new employee leaves the company in the first year. We evaluate the stage where the company is and come up with suggestions for their improvement and implementation.
