Nikki, Founder and CEO, commenced her career in HR Management, where she enabled five business units to achieve Investors In People status. Her accomplishments grew as she developed in the world of media where she enabled others through flexible working practices, enabled new brands and TV programs and led management development programs. Following an interlude in her career for her family life, she enabled HighTech start-ups and charitable causes to receive millions in funding. Her natural gift to enable others, identify their needs and connect, coach and mentor led her to match virtual assistants to talented individuals so that they can achieve their goals. Nikki continues to create networking events, consult, coach executives and assist start-ups.
