HR Financials is a Seattle, Washington based firm founded by Hope Roberts in 2010. HR Financials was designed to break the mold of a standard accounting firms through innovations like our triple bottom line focus (people, planet, profit) and fixed prices rather than hourly billing. Honest relationships define HR Financials. You don’t treat your business, organization or life as a numbers game - and neither will we. In a triple-bottom-line world, numbers rarely tell the whole story or serve as an adequate guide for making decisions or measuring performance. The human impacts are as vital as the financial.
