We are an agile and fast-growing human capital solutions provider in the areas of search and selection, training for HR professionals, implementation of assessment solutions, HR processes outsourcing and outplacement projects, language training. As representatives of TalentQ International, we have partnered with clients in the Romanian and European markets for more than 10 years in the implementation of Talent Q psychometric online assessment tools: ability, behaviour at work, 360, competency screening. We know the labour market through the perspective of over 250 recruitment projects which we ran for industries and positions in global and local structures in Romania and other countries like UK, Poland or Germany. We have contributed to the growth of several global service centres for which we recruited directors/managers and specialists in areas like Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Human Resources. Our clients decided to outsource to HR SmartView several business and HR processes which we run through dedicated specialists from our office or on site, working on our clients’ premises. We are ready to smoothly take over HR processes (recruitment, employee administration, exit) or stages/elements of one HR process (like interviewing, candidates testing, candidates’ referrals checks). So far we have supported the development of more than 300 people through dedicated programmes: CareerStartUp and Career ReDesign. We run English courses, all levels, and Romanian for foreigners. Registrations take place the entire year.
