HRD Training Group is a leading company in managerial and behaviour training who has been operating in Italy since 1992. The name of the company itself – HRD: Human Resources Development – underlines that the main guideline to train people is to make a clear distinction between training (Human Resources Development) and teaching (the typical methodology used school). Our goal is to transfer not only knowledge, but mainly motivation and innovation. Based on HRD President and Master Trainer Roberto Re’s working philosophy during HRD seminars not only do the coaches pay attention to the topics and the techniques, but most of all they make every single participant grow and improve.
