Our Company HRG Capital is a private equity fund with a focus on lower middle market businesses in the Midwest. HRG Capital also invests in value-add real estate in the SFR and Multifamily space. HRG aims to acquire, consolidate, and institutionalize portfolios of SFR and Multifamily assets across the Midwest and Southeast. HRG is currently making investments out of Fund VI. Our Approach HRG Capital invests in companies where we believe we can have a significant influence on business value by utilizing our relationships and experience in partnership with the management team. We're dedicated to assisting talented management teams in growing their companies and creating a welcoming environment for our employees. HRG targets properties with mom and pop ownership and value add characteristics. We look to institutionalize the management and consolidation of these properties creating a better quality of life for the tenants and favorable returns for our investors.
