A civil, non-governmental organization, established in 1995, operating with complete political neutrality and not affiliated with any party, which is a scientific, intellectual body aimed at promoting human rights values in Yemen and the Arab world committed to all international covenants, covenants and declarations of human rights issued by the United Nations; and the center specializes in spreading awareness Human rights through activities, training courses, intellectual meetings, office archives, publications and periodicals. He holds a consultative status with the United Nations since 2004 and an observer status with the League of Arab States and is a member of many alliances and organizations including local, regional and international.
