Human Resource Management Club (HRMC) is one of the academic clubs under the School of Business Management, College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. The central role of HRMC is to support the Bachelor of Human Resource Management (Hons), BHRM program in enhancing graduate employability and acting as a platform for HRM students to enhance their soft skills. These include critical thinking, communication, innovation and creativity, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial skills, Our vision is to be the best club in UUM and well-known at the national & international levels. Our mission is to create a good relationship with the industries, HRMC alumni and other universities (locally or internationally). Besides that, we increase the club’s effectiveness by learning how best to identify current challenges in managing HR, especially in the dynamic economic and social environment. On top of that, we make sure fresh graduates by Human Resource Management UUM are well prepared to enter the flexible career path of human resource management, whether as a human resource consultant, development planner, or manager.
