HRYCAY Consulting Engineers (formerly BTS Consulting Engineers) is an independently owned and operated consulting firm, and a member company of the Becker Engineering Group. The primary engineer and president with the firm is James R. Hrycay, P.Eng. Its Head Office is located in Windsor, Ontario, Canada directly across the Canadian/US border and minutes away from Detroit, Michigan. Satellite offices have been established in Toronto, Ontario and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. HRYCAY is a multi-discipline firm which provides services in the areas of motor vehicle accident investigation and analysis, civil and municipal design, and computerized 3D visualization. Our investigative engineers carry out transportation-safety related studies on issues involving motor vehicle accidents, roadway safety design, occupant crash protection, and applied research in these areas. Our municipal engineering services vary from the traditional design of roads, sewers, and water mains, to more specialized services including flood, erosion, and shoreline protection on developments designed around provincially significant wetlands. HRYCAY has been creating 3D graphics for over a decade as well as using 3D animation software for over five years to present ideas and concepts.
