We are a small independent, young and dynamic estate agent established and living here in Catral since August 2005 when started our business here. We succeed and like to operate in a small, family orientated and personalized way. We like to work with you individually to get it right and help you find your new home here in Catral and surroundings on the Costa Blanca. All of our properties are within 30 minutes of our base, therefore our clients become our friends and neighbours, we are always at hand and are eager to assist you in any way we can. We love to be surrounded by smiling happy contented faces. We are a Dutch owned Spanish Registered Company and we can help you in a lot of languages. We speak Dutch, English, German and Spanish. When you come here for an appointment to view, we will listen carefully to your individual requirements and advise accordingly. Usually over a coffee we will select the best possibilities from our varied list. We will then personally accompany you around the properties of your choice. We can guarantee that you will have our individual and uninterrupted attention on your visit. Long term rentals are available in all price ranges in Catral and surrounding areas and available immediatly. Also there are great opportunities available for rent-to-buy options.
