Home Training Initiative Ltd (now trading as HT Skills – ‘HTS’) has been operating as an online learning and workforce development provider since May/08. HT Skills delivered learning contracts worth in excess of £1.3 Million in the last academic year, and has already been awarded two new contracts worth £840k and £240k respectively in the current academic year (from 1st August 2012). The achievement of 61.7% job‐sustainability was one of the highest levels of post‐programme performance achieved by any independent FJF provider. In July 2012, HT Skills is now on the official Register of Training Organisations and is therefore eligible for direct contracts in its own 1. Customer Services 6. ICT 7. Retail Management 8. Warehousing and Logistics As well as a wide range of management and leadership skills. Our Assessors team of expertise in particular field are qualified and trained to deliver the qualification and guide the Apprentices though out their learning.
