As a response to the growing demand for quality food service delivery in the city, we kicked off with cooking for friends' birthdays, then proceeded to create our own brand of Shawarma as our flagship product (a strategy to keep cash flow constant.). We literally started with roughly $60, one frying pan, one camp gas cooker, big dreams, some goodwill, and loads of hope for the future. T H E J O U R N E Y S O F A R - In the course of time, we expanded the menu based on customer feedback thereby transitioning our brand into a diversified food service outfit. Today, we are a food solutions company with integrated solutions to challenges found along the food value chain, from the farm to your plate. O U R P H I L O S O P H Y - Food is a core necessity of life; therefore, people must eat - everybody. And beyond eating, the experience matters equally.
