Rongde Asset Management Company Limited (the RDAMC) is the first sino- foreign joint venture approved by the Chinese aothorities established by China Huarong Asset Management Corporation(the China Huarong), Deutsche Bank AG, Clearwater Capital and other international financial institutions, in Beijing, on 29th August, 2006. RDAMC has a registered capital of RMB 1,788 billion, with China Huarong holding 59.3%. RDAMC combines and integrates the strengths of China Huarong, Deusche Bank AG, Clearwater Capital and other international financial institutions in terms of brand, expertise, network and clients, and has set up corporate governance, business system, management process and internal control mechanism in line with international standard. As the investment platform jointly set up by China Huarong, Deutsche Bank AG, Clearwater Capital and other international financial institutions, RDAMC specializes in special asset investment, by way of mezzanine investment, fixed- income investment, private equity etc. RDAMC helps good companies to expand production, complete M&A, in order for them to grow stronger and bigger rapidly. In addition to investments with own capital, RDAMC acts as a fund manager that manages a number of funds. As of the end of 2014, the total assets invested and managed by RDAMC exceeded RMB 30 billion, having been generating stable and good return for shareholders and investors.
