Huawei wurde 1987 gegründet und ist ein führender Anbieter für Infrastruktur von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT) und Smart Devices. Wir haben weltweit Mitarbeiter:innen, sind in über 170 Ländern tätig und versorgen mehr als drei Milliarden Menschen rund um den Globus mit Technologie. Im Jahr 2023 erzielte Huawei einen Umsatz von rund 704,2 Milliarden CNY (90,3 Milliarden Euro) und einen Nettogewinn von 87 Milliarden CNY (11,1 Milliarden Euro). Knapp ein Viertel unseres Umsatzes fließt zurück in die Forschung und Entwicklung, mehr als die Hälfte des Personals ist weltweit in diesem Bereich tätig. Seit 2007 ist Huawei in Österreich mit einem Standort in Wien vertreten und beschäftigt hierzulande rund 140 Mitarbeiter:innen.
