Mobile physical therapy allows you to have PT delivered right to your home. Hub Physical Therapy can treat orthopedic conditions previously treated in an outpatient clinic. We offer this treatment in the convenience of your home. Home health physical therapy is often available right after discharge from rehabilitation facilities or hospitals. We will get to know you during your first visit and discuss your concerns. Then, we will work together to create a care plan that best suits your needs. We treat all post-operative orthopedic procedures, including joint replacements, rotator wrist repair, and installation of hardware following a fracture. Sports injuries include knee pain, shoulder pain, and plantar fasciitis. Clients who have completed their treatment plan can also avail themselves of our wellness services.
