Success Story The Problem: We were approached by the Trends Publishing group late in 2012 with the brief to produce something special to WOW their declining digital global audience. The current website was a one-way communication channel with a high bounce rate and low time on site score. Learning more we discovered a treasure chest of photo and article content that was inaccessible due to a broken search function and poor usability. The Solution: Using the HubStar Social Media Platform, we populated the platform's cloud storage facility with their content (over photos, articles) and enabled the powerful search engine to crawl over the data. We then connected the platform to Trends social accounts to allow users to register via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Google Plus. Enabled businesses to create profiles and upload digital content.
