Our Company is a Public Sector Undertaking in the field of Housing and Infrastructure with more than five decades of experience for financing housing and urban infrastructure projects in India. We have been conferred the status of a Navratna CPSE by the Govt. of India. We classify our housing finance loans into social housing, residential real estate and retail finance, which is branded as HUDCO Niwas. Under urban infrastructure finance, we make loans for water supply, roads and transport, power, emerging sectors, industrial infrastructure, commercial infrastructure, social infrastructure, sewerage, drainage, solid waste management and others.
