Hudson Ferry pursues acquisitions of privately owned businesses that differentiate themselves through product and process innovation in stable or evolving markets and that generate strong cash flow and consistent revenue growth. Its partners bring together more than three decades of experience investing in these types of businesses. Hudson Ferry Capital LP, the firm’s third fund with over $200 million of committed capital, is licensed by the US Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC).
