Hudson Hill is building a concentrated portfolio of private platforms that will develop over several years. We target businesses that participate in industries exhibiting strong, long-term secular tailwinds, coupled with the potential to grow organically and via strategic acquisitions. Hudson Hill invests meaningful internal capital with like-minded equity partners. We offer partner-friendly capital and maintain a highly flexible investment approach. Hudson Hill looks for substantial alignment in its investments. As a result, we tend to target family and entrepreneur-owned businesses with no prior institutional capital funding. The selling shareholders seek, and we encourage, equity rollover participation in our transactions.
