The Hudson Valley Hammers adhere to a training objective to promote the development of soccer through appropriate technical, tactical, physical and psychological training methods, along with providing players with the highest levels of competition. Dedicated to the growth of soccer at the grassroots level in the Hudson Valley area, competing in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) will afford the Hudson Valley Hammers with the opportunity to introduce young players to the “Beautiful Game” by granting access and promoting awareness of a higher standard of play.
