HudsonPR offers senior-level strategic public relations planning and execution of editorial placement, content development, community and government affairs, speech writing and Facebook advertising and promotions. Burns Patterson launched HudsonPR in 2014 after nearly 10 years at Middleton & Gendron Brand Communications in New York City, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. His career has included roles as Director of Public Relations, Sports Properties for Madison Square Garden, as well as management positions in government and community affairs at Cablevision Systems Corporation and Historic Hudson Valley. A native New Yorker with a passion for his hometown, Burns has based HudsonPR in New York City and Tarrytown and named the practice for the river that has been a touchstone throughout his life.
