Hueido
Hueido is a media brand that adds color to the weddings and marriage of African-Americans. It began after Ashleigh (Whitby) Coffie and Toniah Paryo Gray noticed a lack of Black representation in the wedding podcast space and planned to change that. They sought to create a podcast for Black brides, grooms, bridal parties, and wedding vendors that entertains and informs. After some initial brainstorming, the Black Wedding Podcast was born and officially launched in August 2019. Hue I Do Podcast has been listed as one of BRIDES.com best wedding podcasts to listen to, inspired Zola's Black History Month content, and has created a significant following and community among #BrideTok. As of December 2022, Hue I Do has amassed over episode downloads. The second podcast under Hueido is Aisle Tell You What, a weekly video series on weddings & marriage through the context of Black History. Since the inception of Aisle Tell You What in February 2023, the TikTok followers have increased by almost 600%.
