I specialise, and have a particular interest in, all areas of family law (divorce, property and children), children's matters and family dispute resolution. I am an accredited mediator and accredited family property arbitrator. I am a strong advocate of resolving family property matters through arbitration as it resolves family property disputes in a relatively fast and cost effective way without having to wait years to get before a court for a final hearing. I appear in matters throughout Australia in the Family and Federal Circuit Courts.
