Its aim is clearly illustrated in its strat model; vision, mission, values, core competency and strategies in addition to the services of: 1- Organizational development services, is a system-wide planned development & reinforcement of organizational strategies, structures, staffing & systems with the objective of leveraging HCCA's clients organizational effectiveness.
