The Human Development Research Initiative (HDRI) is a dynamic, youth-driven think tank dedicated to advancing innovative research and inclusive policymaking on human development issues. Founded and managed by young leaders from diverse backgrounds, HDRI harnesses the power of evidence-based knowledge to influence policy, spark informed debates, and promote transparency in public decision-making. Our team spans over 30 countries, reflecting a global perspective that enriches our work and commitment to equity. Our mission is to be at the forefront of international development conversations—shaping policies that promote fairness, shared progress, and sustainability for all communities. In addition to producing rigorous research and insightful publications, HDRI actively engages in advocacy initiatives, partners with international stakeholders, and participates in global events to amplify youth voices and foster meaningful change on pressing human development challenges.
