I offer counselling, coaching, supervision and outdoor therapy (walk and talk) from my practice in the Chilterns. I work with both short term interventions and long term support depending on your requirements. I will work alongside you in a confidential, non-judgmental and empathic way which will allow you the time and space to explore your felings and face whatever issues you have to enable you to move forward. I am passionate about the power of nature to support healing and also, where approrpite,I offer outdoor therapy. I work with adults on a range of issues including- Anxiety and Panic - Depression - Bereavement and Loss - Abuse - Self-harm - Trauma - Stress - Anger - Family and Relationship Problems - Low Self-esteem - Work-related Issues - Phobias - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
