The Mission of HRNI, forum is to actively exchange learning from one's professional experience, knowledge contents and skills with HRM/HCM fraternity at large globally including IR professionals; educationists, and student fraternity thereby promoting the professional, individual and fraternity level development of its HRNI, Members through sustained exposure to new knowledge, skills and information resulting in joint progressive growth of capabilities and it's application within Member's respective work and activity areas.*HRNI* also is committed to support its members and fraternity in general who are in need of a guidance particularly in the event of sudden un-employment, through it's community work and delivery towards social responsibility. Most of the companies HR Heads/ CHROs / VPs from all sectors/regions and senior faculty/ management team members from education and academic sector and students alike are welcome to join *HRNI* forum.
