Human-Voice Ensemble

Established in 2020 in Iran, Human-Voice Ensemble is dedicated to researching what makes music an elaborate way to simultaneously communicate on several levels. HVE training, rehearsal, and performance process are treated as laboratories, enabling the ensemble to research and development of each new training approach, which always seeks to integrate movement, voice, song, and text, creating a performance that has an inherent musicality and connects with the audience on a sensory level. All members of the ensemble have a variety of experience and training programs in the field of music and theater. In the past 10 years, through all their research and experience, they seek for the fundamental elements of sounds and body as a tool for sensory communication. They are working together also in other groups and projects such as the Beyn theater group, the Music for Everyone projects, and Tehran contemporary music festival.
