Together with our partner Ask-Teach Limited, our aim is to supercharge the impact and effectiveness of behavioural change programmes. Many organisations spend huge sums of money investing on training. They do this with the hope and intention that this investment will result in some form of behavioural change or improvement in performance. However, in many cases, the desired improvements and changes fail to materialise. We design and deliver learning programmes across the globe that tackle this challenge head on. As a result, learning is more likely to get applied, impact is more likely to happen and momentum is more likely to be maintained over time.
