Humans Being At Work

Humans Being At Work is a Brisbane-based management consultancy established in 2015 by its co-directors, Graham Miller and Jennifer West, to help people bring their ‘humanity’ to work, and to help organisations build their resilience by getting the ‘people stuff’ right – by developing resilient people, shaping resilient cultures and building resilient systems. We deliver services in four key areas:(1) Facilitation - We facilitate groups to help them optimise their time and maximise their impact (this includes, for example, facilitating team-building workshops, risk management workshops, business planning sessions, stakeholder engagement workshops, and others).(2) Coaching - We provide executive coaching for individuals (executives, managers, team leaders, high potential key individuals) and teams – both face-to-face and virtually.(3) Leadership Development - We deliver leader development programs to enable organisations to develop authentic, compassionate, courageous and humble leaders.(4) Organisational Resilience - We help organisations build resilience from the inside, by engaging with their people and tapping into the collective wisdom that resides within.
