Humber is a venue like the Illawarra has never before seen! Located at 226 Crown St Wollongong set in the old Hillman Humber building, today over 80 years old, a multi-million dollar complete refurbishment and expansion was undertaken and re-launching in 2014 as ‘Humber – Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop’ The now three level property offers consumers fresh food kitchen for breakfast and lunch on the ground floor with a unique twist (coming soon). With the middle floor and rooftop offering a perfect afternoon and evening space to watch the sun go down and continue into the night - over two upper levels, with two different bars. Designed in 2013-2014 with a multi-million dollar investment using award winning Sydney based hospitality designers and state of the art technology and fit out components – resulting in a unique experience to the region. Humber is sure to be a game changer in the marketplace, designed to bring a true point of difference to Wollongong.
