Hummingbird Haven

Hummingbird Haven is a 501(c)(3) organization. We offer one-on-one and group instruction and talks on dealing with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Secondary Traumatic Stress Disorder (STSD) for families and loved ones. Since 2019, as many as US Troops who served in wars over the past 13 years have been diagnosed with PTSD and all have required some form of treatment. Over 90 percent of the American population demonstrates codependent behavior as a result of their veteran suffering from PTSD and as a result suffers from STSD a.k.a. Secondary/Vicarious Trauma. Group and one-one-one coaching provides codependent individuals with a safe and appropriate space to express their feelings, learn communication and problem-solving skills and discuss their experiences with others who understand.
