Our client relationships have been structured as General Contractor, Construction Manager and Design/Builder, depending upon our client’s needs and situation. The scope of our work typically includes construction of office, religious, educational, industrial and retail projects, as well as a variety of exterior and interior remodels and renovations. We have also completed a number of high end custom residential projects. A large percentage of our work is delivered using negotiated, guaranteed maximum price contracts (GMP), where our early involvement with the design team and value engineering work are essential components of our responsibilities. Our business philosophy is straight forward: we are team players, committed to working with our client and the design team to ensure their total satisfaction with both the building process and the completed project.
